Introduction of a case regarding the issues with TAIYO's direct pressure booster.

We received a report from Company F regarding the product "NBH Series" direct pressure booster (named New Malock) manufactured by TAIYO, which converts air pressure to hydraulic pressure up to a maximum of 17.5 MPa. During trial operation, there were metallic sounds, and the movement of the cylinder stopped partway (stuck). Upon checking the specifications, we noticed that the piping from the New Malock to the cylinder was long. After confirming this with the manufacturer, it was indicated that there might be a possibility of insufficient oil due to expansion loss in the piping hose, which was found to have an expansion loss of 10cc per meter. As a countermeasure to this issue, we implemented the following two points, which led to the resolution of the problem: (1) Shortened the piping as much as possible to increase the amount of oil. (2) Positioned the New Malock higher than the hydraulic cylinder and left it for a while to bleed the air. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
